Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 and doesn't expire. It isn't a 14-day or 30-day trial, you don't enter a card to start, and nothing stops working after a set number of days.
One limit, stated plainly: you can register 20 new patients per calendar month. Existing patients, their visits, prescriptions and bills are unlimited. WhatsApp recall campaigns and custom letterhead are not on the free plan.
New patient registration is blocked until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. Your existing records stay fully accessible, and you can keep recording visits, prescriptions and payments for patients already in the system.
