WhatsApp Recall

WhatsApp Recall Software for Indian Dental Clinics

Most clinics lose revenue to patients who simply drifted away. Dentomate finds the ones who haven't been in for 60 days or more, and lets you reach the whole group on WhatsApp in one tap.

Recall, Not Reminders

Worth being precise, because the two get confused. A reminder nudges someone about a slot they already booked. A recall brings back someone who stopped coming. Dentomate does the second one.

Automatic segments

Your Lapsed Patients, Already Grouped

You don't build a list or run a filter. Dentomate reads every patient's visit history and keeps these groups current on its own.

  • Overdue: last visit 60 to 90 days ago
  • At risk: last visit more than 90 days ago
  • High value: lifetime treatment billing above ₹10,000
  • New: registered in the last 30 days
  • Medical risk: flagged BP, diabetes, cardiac or asthma history

Replies Land with the Clinic, Not a Personal Phone

When a patient answers, the conversation opens inside Dentomate against their record, so whoever is at the desk can respond, and nothing is lost when a staff member leaves.

  • Every message linked to the patient's treatment history
  • Any staff member can pick up a conversation
  • Automatic welcome message when a new patient is registered
  • No separate WhatsApp Business API subscription to buy or configure

Common Questions

Does Dentomate send appointment reminders?

No. Dentomate has no appointment calendar, so it does not send reminders before a booked slot. What it does instead is recall: it identifies patients whose last visit was 60 days or longer ago and lets you message that group on WhatsApp.

How does Dentomate decide which patients to recall?

Every patient is grouped automatically from their visit history. Overdue means the last visit was 60 to 90 days ago, at risk means more than 90 days, high value means lifetime treatment billing above ₹10,000, and new means the first 30 days. You pick a group and send to it.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?

No. Recall campaigns run through Dentomate, so you don't have to buy or configure a separate WhatsApp Business API subscription, which in India typically runs to several thousand rupees a month before you send a single message.

How many recall campaigns can I send?

The Free plan doesn't include campaigns. Starter at ₹399/month includes 2 campaigns every 30 days. Pro at ₹799/month includes unlimited campaigns.

Where do patient replies go?

Into a shared clinic inbox inside Dentomate. Every reply is linked to that patient's record, so any staff member can pick up the conversation instead of it sitting on one person's phone.
