Pricing Questions

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. There is no time limit, no card required, and it is not a trial. The one limit is that you can add 20 new patients per month; existing patients and their records are never capped or locked. Upgrade only if you outgrow it.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual billing saves you about 17% versus paying month to month. Starter is ₹399/mo billed monthly, or ₹3,990 for the year, a saving of ₹798. Pro is ₹799/mo billed monthly, or ₹7,990 for the year, a saving of ₹1,598.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking through our PCI-compliant gateway. You can also collect patient payments the same way inside Dentomate.

Can I change or cancel my plan?
